1. Consultation Fee and Additional Charges

  • Consultation Fee: The full consultation fee is required at the start of the service and is payable as a one-time charge. This fee covers the entirety of the consultancy process, lasting until the actual registration is offered by the relevant authorities.
  • Additional Fees: Any additional costs incurred during the process, such as registration application fees, courier fees, and other related expenses, will be charged separately. Invoices for these extra fees will be sent to you as they arise during the registration process.

2. Refund Conditions

  • Full Refund Eligibility: A full refund of the consultation fee will be granted if it is determined that a Deviate member consultant has not acted according to our agreed-upon terms and has deliberately delayed the registration process.
  • Conditions for Refund Claims: Clients are eligible to claim a refund of the consultation fee only if the registration process is delayed or canceled due to actions or negligence on the part of the Deviate member consultant.
  • Exclusions from Refund:
    • The consultation fee is not refundable under circumstances where delays or cancellations are due to reasons beyond the control of Deviate or its consultants (e.g., issues with the regulatory bodies, incomplete or incorrect documentation provided by the client, etc.).
    • The consultation fee does not cover securing a job or obtaining a visa in any country. These services are separate and will incur additional charges.

3. Consultation Service Scope

  • Duration of Service: The consultation fee covers our services until the actual registration is offered by the relevant authorities. This includes guiding and assisting you through the registration process but does not guarantee job placement or visa approval.
  • Post-Registration Services: While Deviate offers assistance with securing employment after registration or obtaining a license to practice, these services are not included in the initial consultation fee. Any such services will require additional fees, which will be invoiced separately.

4. How to Request a Refund

  • Refund Request: To request a refund, please contact us at info@deviatehub.comwith your reason for the request and any supporting documentation. We will review your claim and respond within 10-15 days.
  • Refund Processing: If your refund claim is approved, the refund will be processed within 10-15 days, and the funds will be returned to the original method of payment.
