Company Name: Deviate Online Nursing Consultancy
Welcome to Deviate Online Nursing Consultancy. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our consultancy services. By engaging our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Scope of Services
- Consultation Services: Deviate provides consultation services to help overseas nurses navigate the registration and licensing processes in various countries. Our services include providing the most updated information available, as sourced from industry experts and regulatory authorities.
- Transparency and Communication: All communication with clients will be conducted transparently, primarily through email. Any discrepancies, updates, or changes in the process will be promptly communicated to the client to ensure clarity and mutual understanding.
2. Fees and Payments
- Consultation Fee: The consultation fee is a one-time, upfront payment required at the start of the service. This fee covers the entirety of our consultancy services until the actual registration is offered by the relevant authorities.
- Additional Charges: Any additional expenses, such as registration application fees, courier fees, or other related costs, will be charged separately. Clients will receive invoices for these extra charges as they arise during the consultation process.
- Refund Policy:
- A full refund of the consultation fee will be provided if it is determined that a Deviate member consultant has not acted in accordance with these Terms and has deliberately delayed the registration process.
- Refund claims can only be made if the process is delayed or canceled due to actions or negligence on the part of the Deviate consultant.
- The consultation fee is non-refundable under circumstances beyond Deviate’s control, such as delays caused by regulatory bodies or incomplete documentation provided by the client.
3. Duration and Limitations of Service
- Service Duration: The consultation service lasts until the actual registration is offered by the relevant authorities. Deviate’s responsibility is to guide and assist you through the registration process based on the information provided at the time of consultation.
- Limitations: The consultation fee does not include job placement or visa acquisition services. These are separate processes that require additional fees, which will be invoiced separately if you choose to pursue them with Deviate’s assistance.
4. Client Responsibilities
- Accurate Information: Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information throughout the consultation process. Any delays or issues arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client are not the responsibility of Deviate.
- Timely Communication: Clients must respond promptly to requests for information or documentation to avoid delays in the registration process.
5. Deviate’s Responsibilities
- Expert Guidance: Deviate consultants are committed to providing expert guidance based on the most current information available. We strive to ensure that all advice and recommendations are accurate and up-to-date.
- Transparency: Deviate will maintain clear and transparent communication with clients throughout the consultation process. Any changes or discrepancies will be communicated promptly.
6. Refund Policy
- Eligibility for Refund: A full refund of the consultation fee will be provided only if it is determined that a Deviate consultant has not acted in accordance with these Terms and has deliberately delayed the registration process.
- Refund Claims: Clients can claim a refund only when the process is delayed or canceled due to reasons attributable to the Deviate consultant. The consultation fee is non-refundable in cases where delays are caused by external factors outside of Deviate’s control.
7. Third-Party Services
- Collaboration with Third Parties: In some cases, Deviate may need to collaborate with third-party organizations (such as regulatory bodies or credentialing agencies) as part of the registration process. Deviate will seek your consent before sharing any personal information with these third parties.
8. Limitation of Liability
- No Guarantee of Outcome: While Deviate strives to provide the best possible guidance, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes, such as successful registration, job placement, or visa approval, as these are subject to external factors beyond our control.
- Limitation of Liability: Deviate’s liability is limited to the consultation fee paid by the client. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
9. Changes to Terms of Service
- Modifications: Deviate reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to clients, and the updated Terms will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Norfolk County Council Laws. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
